From the moment that our prospective patients reach out, from the fist conversation that you instigate with the audiology experts on our staff, you should rest easily, knowing that you’re hearing the full depth of knowledge that our Hearlink experts have to offer.

 

The full depth of knowledge that we refer to, covers many different services. One of these services, is our patient referral program. Patient referral programs are fairly common in our industry, but successful patient referral programs are fairly rare in our industry.

 

There are many factors which make a patient referral program a success. They include proper advertising, incentives, easy participation processes, AND participation recognition or appreciation. You’ll find that each of these factors is woven into the Hearlink ethos, especially those that are directed towards customer appreciation.

 

So how does a patient referral program work? With us, it’s extremely simple. All you need to do is navigate to this site. Once here, you can complete the linked form by downloading and saving it. As noted on the site, we will contact patients and take care of all appointment organization. We will also make sure that patients are informed of any and all fees, including government funded services, in case they’re eligible.

 

Now let’s discuss the patient referral form, itself. There are three parts- patient details, services required, and clinics/specialists in the area. Most of the information that the form asks for, should be pretty intuitive. If it’s not, all you need to do is pick up the phone and reach out to your Hearlink team. You can also contact us via our online “Contact Us” page, if that is more convenient. Important items of note include the fact that hearing services are offered free of charge to all eligible pensioners and DVA patients.

 

Another question that we frequently hear, is why would we want to do a patient referral program? Isn’t that, in a way, sending business away from our experts and towards our competition? The answer is no, at least not in our eyes. Hearlink feels extremely fortunate to be a part of a dynamic community of audiology professionals and doctors in the Melbourne area and beyond. We are bound together by a common goal—to limit hearing loss for our customers and maximize the different solutions that we can offer those impacted by said hearing loss. When one of us is successful, all of us are successful. When one of us is not successful, the easiest way to solution whatever challenge we have at hand, is to reach out to the audiology community for input.
