How to Connect with HearlinkIt would be a gross misappropriation if we didn’t put a heavy emphasis as a company on the all-mighty art of communication. It’s one of our core values and drives the mission of all of our work as a team.

 

Communication takes many different aspects within Hearlink. Obviously it’s the purpose of the majority of our products and services, no matter what your hearing impediment may be. But beyond that, you should be able to look to our team members for continued conversation and engagement during your journey.

 

It’s a stressful time. And you probably aren’t sure how to navigate it. We’ve seen poor industry examples when patients haven’t properly been educated on their options, and on their resources. To us, that’s the biggest miss. You are in a new position, and need guidance on the solutions that work best for you. You need options and you need answers to questions. Hearing impediment and impairment solutions are not a one-stop, off-of-the-shelf solution for every patient. Rather, they should be customized to your needs and available in a variety of price points that feel comfortable for you and your loved ones. We are so lucky be in a role to help our patients. We are fortunate that you’ve chosen us and want to make sure that your experience is of the highest caliber.

 

So expect a constant advocate and friend. Expect an expert. Our decades of experience in the industry (dating back to 1978) should leave little doubt in your mind that we can’t answer the questions that are on your mind. This goes beyond you as a patient, we are happy to communicate with your family or loved ones to put any nerves that they have, right at ease. We will communicate with you in the cadence and medium that you prefer best. If you’re particularly nervous and want constant updates and a ear to talk to, that’s exactly what you’ll get from us. If you feel more confident and just want quick, short updates from your Hearlink team member, then we are happy to abide.
